Referee Clinics
Summer and Fall 2007

STSR is developing an on-line clinics and USSF/STSR registration system. Unfortunately it is not ready at this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience and will get the system on line as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please use the following procedures to register for a clinic:
Read the full page - a listing of clinics is at the bottom of the page.
1. Find the clinic you wish to attend - see list below.
2. Contact the "Contact Person" for that clinic and let them know that you
will be attending the clinic. Please supply them the following information
a. Name
b. Address
c. City
d. State
e. Zipcode
f. E-mail
g. Telephone number
You may also send them this Clinic Registration Form
3. Show up for the clinic - be on time.
4. When you get to the clinic you will be asked to complete an USSF registration form
(and you may be asked to enter that information into a computer spreadsheet at the clinic).
The USSF registration form must be completed in full.
5. Write the clinic number on the top of the registration form next to the USSF ID number.
6. Give the instructor one check to cover the USSF registration fee plus clinic.
Make sure that the name (or names) of the people covered by the check is on the check.

7. Once you complete the entire clinic:
a. The Instructor will fill in the test score and check information and initial
b. You will complete Section 5 of the registration form and sign
c. The Instructor will provide you with:
i. A copy of the completed registration form
ii. A 2008 USSF Referee Badge
iii. A STSR flipping coin
d. Please place a "B" next to the clinic number when you receive your badge
e. Please place a "C" next to the clinic number when you receive your coin

NOTE:

If you do not complete the clinic
for any reason, the instructor will not complete the registration form. You
may schedule a retest, or completion, at another clinic.
There will no additional charge for rescheduling a retest.

If you wish not to retest and not
proceed, please send a note to the Operations Manager listed on the STSR
website with
explanation and request a refund for the USSF registration fee portion
|
|
3.
|
Grade 7 referees will only be given
the competed registration form. The
grade 7 referee must complete all requirements for recertification and mail all
information to the SRA The SRA will
mail you your badge and flipping coin when the full registration process is completed..

We have
not received the 2008 materials from U.S. Soccer at this time. If you complete
a clinic before we receive the US Soccer materials, we will mail you the 2007/2008
books and 2008 badge as soon as possible.
8. Have fun on the pitch.
