STSR represents the interests of the over four thousand referees, instructors, assessors, and assignors registered with the U.S. Soccer Federation. 2008 Registration List The list of 2008 registered referees, assignors, assessors, instructors is available. Click here to see the list. Referee Clinics Registration for the 2008 badge ends June 1, 2008. Clinics for the 2009 Badge will begin August 1^st, 2008 in time for the Fall season (entry level) and 2009 recertification.
